Tiling Machine Operator
Experience with either a wheel machine or plow needed for agricultural field tile drainage. Must be able to run the machine and lead the supporting team around you. Must be able to be prompt, professional, communicate well, and courteous at all times. Some weekend work is required.Heavy Equipment Operator
Experience with bull dozers and excavators is needed for agricultural support for field tile drainage and clearing in general. Must be able to run the machine and support the Tile Machine operator’s goals for the day. Must be able to be a second set of eyes for the Tiling Operator. Must be able to be prompt, professional, communicate well, and courteous at all times. Some weekend work is required.
Ground Crew
Willing to train the right people for a supporting role in agricultural field tile drainage operation. This role is an active one that must respond to the needs of the tiling machine operator and help to complete the daily goals. Must be able to be prompt, professional, communicate well, and courteous at all times. Some weekend work is required.
